How It Helps

Review Project Goals
Determine Creative Initiatives
Prioritize Goals & Needs
Set Parameters
Determine Budget & Schedule

Clarifying the scope and path of a project is not always immediately clear for emerging or growing brands. In this early decision-making process, we work together to discover your project and business intentions. Then we determine a path to brand and creative initiatives that best support your needs.

Project Planning sessions lay the groundwork for communication to online and real-world communities. This thoughtful approach helps us organize for flow and efficiency, uncovers cost-effective opportunities, and helps you make informed choices, from determining design and print expectations to choosing a website platform and determining functionality requirements.

Determining Budget and Schedule

Budget, scope, and timeline for any given project are collaborative. Once we determine how the project initiatives will unfold, we discuss your optimal budget and timeline. We make adjustments to the plan, with pricing that works for you, and a scope that is realistic. We determine this together, and this conversation is always in support of what feels best to you.

Scheduling Guide

Planning for Efficiency & Good Flow

It’s my priority to accommodate project needs within your optimal timeline whenever possible. The following guide can be helpful for ensuring availability.

Small Projects
Schedule 1 to 2 weeks in advance

Medium Projects
Schedule 1 month in advance

Large, Multi-Month Projects
Schedule 2 months or more in advance

Time-Sensitive Projects

For any important project (small or large) with an exact or time-sensitive finishing date, discussing at least two months in advance is recommended, when possible.

Early Communication

While my schedule may often be able to accommodate a project on short notice, advance notice is always appreciated. On rare occasions, I may not be available to start on a project for 4 to 6 weeks.
